She left plenty of comments along with her clearly-marked edits. She accomplished more than I required and was under my budget.

[6] This was another partial manuscript of a previously-published book to see how much editing it could use. Isabelle surprised both of us by finding more edits than we expected. At the same time, she used her time efficiently so the cost didn't exceed our budget. We decided to go ahead with the remainder of the manuscript.

[7] Isabelle did a professional job of editing this manuscript for a niche market. She was under budget. Our communication has been excellent. She patiently waited while our company and Upwork resolved a billing problem. Even though this kept her from meeting her original ETA, she still turned in the project in a good amount of time.

[8] Isabelle's work on this project was professional, as always. Her communication with me was good. She is learning our stylesheet well and even points out areas where it's incomplete. She made a number of improvements to a manuscript that I had thought might be in good shape! Nevertheless, her billing was under my budget.

[9] Isabelle's edits to this manuscript were up to her usual professional standards. This was the first time this manuscript was published, and it needed her edits. The project was completed at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, which was the topic of most of our communications. Kudos! The project took her less hours than she expected, so she was under budget.
